- Click on Block this caller.
Step 6: Review your blocked list regularly.
You can review your blocked list regularly to make sure that it is up-to-date and that you are not blocking any legitimate callers or texters.
On Android:
- Open the Truecaller app and click on the Settings icon (three dots) in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Go to Blocking and then click on Blocked List.
On iOS:
- Open the Truecaller app.
- Go to the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner of the screen and click on Blocked List.
Once you have enabled call blocking and spam filtering, Truecaller will automatically block all known spam calls and text messages. You will still be able to see a list of all blocked calls and messages in the Truecaller app.
