Below is a step-by-step guide to exporting and sharing your designs in Canva:
- Open the Canva app and go to the design you want to export or share.
- Click on the Share icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the method you want to use to export or share your design.
To export your design:
- Choose Download.
- Select the file format you want to export your design in.
- Click on Download.
- Your design will be exported to your device’s download folder.
To share your design:
- Choose Share link.
- Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share your design with.
- Select the permissions you want to give them.
- Click on Send.
Your design will be shared with the people you select. They will be able to view or edit your design, depending on the permissions you gave them.
