How to Find ID of Your Website Category

These are the steps on how to find category IDs of WordPress websites:

• Log in to your WordPress Dashboard of your website
• Hover over the “Blog Post” from the left panel menu and click on the “Categories“
• Once on the Blog Categories page, locate a particular category you want and click on “Edit“
• On the URL of the “Edit Category” page, locate the ID as XXXX (see example below)

If you are already familiar with WordPress editor, you don’t even have to go through the above steps. Hover over the “Edit” of a particular Category you want from the Blog Categories page, and view the ID from the URL that displays at the bottom left corner of your desktop screen.
